MHC's Post-Offer Pre-Employment Testing will determine whether an individual is capable to perform the essential functions of a particular job.

Our occupational therapists design customized tests for different industries. Post-Offer-Pre-Employment Testing greatly depends on the type of industry and the particular job description in question. The nature of the workplace, workplace environment, hours of duty and other external factors are all put under consideration. Firstly a Job Demands Analysis is completed to determine the essential job functions for customized test design. The customized pre-employment test is validated by testing a sample of current employees to ensure that all legal aspects are met prior to testing newly hired individuals.
