Occupational Therapists are unique as the only health care professional that brings the whole person approach. Whether you are conducting a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE), worksite assessment or developing gradual return to work/stay at work programming, the whole person integrated approach is key for successful safe and sustainable return to work and stay at work.
