Clinical Services
Maximize Human Capabilities offers a range of occupational therapy services through their clinical practice, including functional capacity evaluations, functional cognitive assessments, job demands analysis, worksite assessments & accommodations, ergonomic assessments, home & personal care assessments, return-to-work programs, permanent impairment assessments, medical & legal consultation, and community based psychosocial rehabilitation. To complement our clinical offerings we also have direct services for employers and unions.
Employers & Union Services
Occupational therapists at Maximize Human Capabilities provide Ergonomic Analysis and Training, Post-Offer-Pre-Employment Testing, Employee Early Intervention, and Workplace Accommodation Evaluation as services used by Employers and Unions, which complements the clinical services they offer.
