- The need for personal care assistance is determined
- To maximize independence, individual goals are set
- Regular follow ups to progress the individual to independence
- Renovations aimed towards improved access and independence in the home environment
- You maybe eligible for Manitoba Safe and Healthy Home for Seniors accessibility grant. We complete the required occupational therapy assessment.
